Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free of any stains, odors, or damage
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product integrity and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Indian Jewelry (for hygiene reasons and to prevent damage to delicate pieces)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Customized or made-to-order garments
- Items that have been altered, worn, or damaged

Shipping Costs for Returns
